Website Privacy
This policy explains what this website collects, who receives it, and how long it is kept. It covers roscoemason.com only. It is not our Notice of Privacy Practices — that is a separate document covering your dental records, which we provide at your first visit.

Our appointment form is for scheduling only. Please do not use it to describe symptoms, conditions, medications, or your dental history. If you need to discuss your care, call us at 818-350-4088 or raise it at your visit, where the conversation is protected as part of your dental record.
Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you type in the preferred day and time box. We use it only to contact you about scheduling an appointment. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Form submissions are delivered to our office through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Web3Forms stores submissions in an encrypted database hosted on Amazon Web Services and, according to their policy, retains them for up to three years before automatic deletion.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this site. It sets cookies in your browser and collects your approximate location (city level), device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and how long you stay. It does not receive your name, email, phone number, or anything you type into the form. We have not enabled Google Signals or advertising personalization. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Doing so does not affect your ability to use this site or to book an appointment.
This site links to CareCredit, Google Maps, and other outside services. Once you follow a link you are on their website, under their privacy policy, not ours.
This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it. We are happy to treat children as patients — a parent or guardian should book on their behalf.
To ask what we hold from a form submission, or to have it deleted, email office@roscoemason.com or call 818-350-4088. California residents have additional rights under state law; contact us the same way and we will respond.
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than applied quietly.
